The "Meadows" part of the park is probably the biggest. It is also the highest and the last part of the park to open up in the summer. The average elevation is 9K feet. There was a lot of snow lying around, which made hiking pretty sloppy. But this area is one of my favorites of the park. If only because there were fewer people.
