Dance Instructor: "So how do you get the girl to stop moving forward in the dance?"

MY Partner: "Trip her."

The "corner" the locals refer to being turned is a change from the dark thick rain clouds of winter to a thinner gray rain cloud that signifies spring. You'll begin to understand why the locals love the sun so much though, it so infrequently stops by.

TRIP HER?
I prefer my partner to tell me what to do flat out. We can avoid all conversation that way and just concentrate on the dance. Actually, it works better if he lets ME tell him what to do. I'm more likely to do it.
