So this is it! I've finally done it. Changed coasts. Whoo. This is a blog of my adventures as a Jersey Girl in the PNW in addition to an official log of sunny versus rainy days.

In Yellowstone, the second and final major stop, there were forest fires as well. These were a little bit more of a big deal and cut off most of the park to visitors from the South and West. If you look closely, you can see the smoke in some of the pictures. This first set of photos come from the West Thumb Geyser Basin. There really weren't any exploding geysers here - just thermal pools overflowing into the Yellowstone Lake.
